ERP Mastery Program: Blueprint

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Blueprint module launches the Execute milestone, where strategy meets execution. Everything clarified in Discovery and prepared for in Scalability now converts into a structured action plan—your success path and the framework that will guide your team, partners, and system build.

With 10 in-depth videos and 5 template assets, this module equips you to establish governance structures, define project scope, align change management and communication plans, and translate requirements into an actionable ERP roadmap.

For CFOs, Blueprint is where you gain the tools and insights to lead with clarity, manage risk, and ensure the ERP build is anchored in business outcomes—not just technical milestones.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the purpose of the Blueprint phase within an ERP initiative and recognize its role in translating ERP strategy into structured execution.

  2. Recognize core project management support tools and assess how requirements traceability, issue tracking, engagement monitoring, and configuration oversight contribute to controlled ERP delivery.

  3. Evaluate change management practices—including ownership tracking, documentation standards, training approaches, and governance council structures—by distinguishing between practices that mitigate ERP failure risk and those that increase it.

  4. Identify effective engagement and organizational support strategies and recognize indicators that signal momentum, alignment, or resistance during an ERP project.

  5. Evaluate ERP communication planning approaches by assessing message consistency, role ownership, timing, and tool usage (including AI-enabled support) across pre- and post-go-live phases.
